PURPOSE: A concrete composition for paving roads is provided to maintain soil color by including a solidifying agent and a soil stabilizer and offer a high strength concrete for paving roads. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition for paving roads comprises 82-90 weight% of soil and 10-18 weight% of a composition for a binding agent. The binding agent composition comprises 94-98 weight% of a firming agent and 2-6 weight% of a soil stabilizer. The firming agent additionally includes 15-35 weight% of clinker powder, 10-30 weight% of an alumina type cement structure compound(C12A7:12CaO7Al2O3), 5-35 weight% of blast furnace slag micro powder, 5-15 weight% of bentonite, 10-20 weight% of fly ash, 5-25 weight% of zeolite, and 15-35 weight% of anhydrous gypsum. The soil stabilizer comprises 12-16 weight% of methyl methacrylate, 14-22 weight% of buthylacrylate, 13-16 weight% of 2-ethylhexylacrylate, 1-2 weight% of methacrylic acid, 0.03-0.05 weight% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.2-3 weight% of lithium silicate, 0.1-2 weight% of alkyl sulfonic acid, 0.03-0.2 weight% of ammonium persulfate, and 48-53 weight% of water.
