PURPOSE: A weight measuring device of a vehicle and a measuring method thereof which can catch overloaded vehicle are provided to prevent the overloaded vehicle when a width of a road is narrow. CONSTITUTION: A weight measuring device of a vehicle comprises an input unit(400), an load measuring device(300), a controller(200), a multiplexer(100) and a display unit(500). The input unit is input in the control command for measuring the weight of the vehicles from a user. The load measuring device measures the weight of a vehicle. The controller controls the overall operation of the weight measuring device of the vehicle. The controller outputs control signals according to control command.
