PURPOSE: A value measurement system for scientific technology information and a method thereof are provided to easily and rapidly discriminate high quality technology information by evaluating technologies from various angles and offering objective quality evaluation information. CONSTITUTION: A network interface(120) receives data from an article registration terminal which writes technology information. A technical information DB(130) stores the received technology information which is received from the network interface. A technical information evaluator(200) gives evaluation score to one or more of the fastness, the sentence quality, and the quality of the technology.
