PURPOSE: An organic sludge treating apparatus is provided to accelerate hydrolysis and acid-fermentation of organic materials contained in organic sludge-based microorganisms by widening the surface area of the organic sludge. CONSTITUTION: An organic sludge treating apparatus includes a hydrolysis and acid-fermentation unit(100), an anaerobic digestion unit(200), and an anaerobic digestion acceleration unit(300). The hydrolysis and acid-fermentation unit includes a first rising spiral flow path(133). A first organic sludge is hydrolyzed and acid-fermented while being transferred to be stacked in the vertical direction of the first rising spiral flow path. The anaerobic digestion unit includes a second rising spiral flow path(233) and a second baffle. A second organic sludge is anaerobically fermented while being transferred to be stacked in the vertical direction of the second rising spiral flow path. The second baffle forms a gas trapping region and converts the flow of the second organic sludge into a turbulent flow. Gas generated from the second rising spiral flow path is trapped in the gas trapping region. The gas is re-supplied by the anaerobic digestion accelerating unit to the anaerobic digestion unit. |
