The equipment has a main part (1) that is in a form of a cone, where equipment forms a non-foldable cylinder on an entire or part of the height of the equipment. A non-foldable part of the cylinder is located at a lower end of the equipment. Openings are located with the equipment for passing of leg in an interior side. A slide fastener (3) or Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) is located at a median vertical plane at a rear of the equipment.
