A gripping unit is mounted movable in translation on the column along a vertical axis and horizontal axis. The column has a position in which the gripping unit is translated vertically along the retaining wall. A cross-piece (20) is mounted movable in translation on the column, and the gripping unit. A guiding unit (31) e.g. rail, guides the gripping unit, where the guiding unit is extended along the retaining wall. An independent claim is also included for a craft storing installation, comprising a craft handling device.
