The device has a framework mounted on an attachment. A tooth (6) rises on the framework. An agricultural inter-seedling tool (9a) is mounted on the attachment. A mechanism occupies a first state in which the tooth and the agricultural inter-seedling tool are arranged in a work position, and occupies a second state in which the agricultural inter-seedling tool is in work position and the framework is retracted to place the tooth out of soil. An adjusting unit is arranged in contact with the soil in the first and second states. The agricultural inter-seedling tool is selected among mower, vineyard plough, disk mold board, rotary harrow and trunk cleaner.
