The hinge has a base (10) fixed at a support e.g. wall or post. A lug (20) is provided with a pivot, where the lug is adjusted with respect to the base. The base comprises a plate with fixation openings, and comprises a pin (12) on which a sleeve is fixed and blocked in a regulated position. A head (31) of an adjustable screw (30) is in contact with a cavity (212) when the head is retained in a translation direction of an axis (HH) by a retaining edge (214) if the lug is engaged on the pin of the base such that the screw is integrated to the lug in its translation movement along the axis.
