PURPOSE: A mixed grain processing apparatus and a producing method of mixed grain are provided to remarkably improve the production of the mixed grain. CONSTITUTION: A mixed grain processing apparatus comprises the following: a pre-processing unit(10) including a stone sorting unit(12) for removing stones from each grain; a mixing chamber(20) for mixing the grains using a naturally dropping method; a post-processing unit(30) including a stone sorting unit washing unit(13) and obtained mixed grain; a pesticide removal unit(40) for removing pesticides from the mixed grain using superheated steam; and a cooling unit(50) for cooling the mixed grain.
