The apparatus (1) has a treating part e.g. upper chamber, with a reading unit for reading security code of a treated bond. The treating part includes a labeling unit and a cutting unit that are controlled by a processor, so that each of non treated bonds is supplied from a storing part (5) e.g. rear receptacle, to the treating part by supplying unit, treated in the treating part, labeled by the labeling unit, optionally cut by the cutting unit and supplied from the treating part to the storing part by another supplying unit.
