<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction/exhaust port which prevents rain blowing upward from intruding into the body, and reduces operation sound of a fan which assists suction/exhaust while enhancing the appearance in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises a fan 12 disposed in a body package 1 and performs suction or exhaustion, opening members 9, 11 disposed in an opening which is formed in the body package 1 lower than the fan 12, and louvers 14, 17 formed in the opening members 9, 11.
