<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular plug which is capable of releasing a locked state when applied with certain force in a pull-out direction, and which is also capable of reducing the risk of causing damage to a conductor wire crimped part, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A modular plug 100 capable of being inserted into and pulled out from a modular jack 200 comprises: a modular plug body 110; a support part 120 arranged on a rear end 111 of the modular plug body 110; a lever 130 which extends from the support part 120 in an insertion direction with a gap between itself and the modular plug body 110, and which is elastically deformable with the support part 120 as a supporting point; and an engagement protrusion 131 which is arranged on the lever 130 and is located closer to the insertion direction side than the support part 120, and which engages with a notch 220 of the modular jack 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
