<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor which is excellent in earthquake-proof and durability at low costs by supporting an insulator tube arranged behind a temperature sensor element such that a conductor for output extraction comprised of an electrode wire extended from the element and a core wire connected to the electrode wire passes, even at the rear end side without separately using any independent component in the tube. <P>SOLUTION: A recess 74 formed so that the outer peripheral face of a rear end 45 of an insulator tube 41 or a portion 17 close to the rear end of a tube 11 can be surrounded is formed like collapse at a top end face 73 side of a seal member 71 arranged in the portion 17 close to the rear end of the tube 11, and arranged so that a seal at the rear end of a sensor 101 can be held via a lead wire 51 pulled out backward, and the rear end 45 of the insulator tube 41 is formed so as to enter the inside of the recess 74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
