<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably fix a metallic throttle body to the attaching flange 4 of a synthetic resin intake manifold 1. <P>SOLUTION: The nut attaching parts 7 are formed at the four corners in the synthetic resin attaching flange 4, and the metallic nuts 11 are inserted into and fixed to the same. The nuts 11 are constituted of the bases 12 assuming a square plate shape and the cylindrical parts 13 having the screw holes 14. The nut attaching parts 7 includes the base inserting slots 21 whose one end is opened toward the outside of the attaching flange 4 such that the bases 12 are inserted, and the cut out parts 22 into which the cylindrical parts 13 are inserted. The distal end faces 13a of the cylindrical parts 13 are slightly retracted from the flange face 8 in the free state, when the bolts are fastened ribs inside of the base inserting slots 21 are pushed and collapsed, and the distal end faces 13a come into contact with the flange face of the metallic throttle body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
