<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded foam molding mold of replaceable cavity and core. <P>SOLUTION: The mold includes a fixing mold and a moving mold horizontally transferred in the direction of the fixing mold for mold register, and is removed from a molding machine. The mold includes: one or more cavities removably connected to a side of the moving mold opposing to the fixing mold; one or more cores removably connected to a side of the fixing mold opposing to the moving mold; a raw material injector, which is arranged in the moving mold, for supplying raw materials of the molding to a molding space formed between the cavity and the core, when performing the mold register between the moving mold and the fixing mold; and a taking-out unit, which is arranged in the moving mold, for separating the molding molded at the molding space from the cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
