LAMINATED NONWOVEN FABRICS, AND WIPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated nonwoven fabrics having a water-absorbing property and high flexibility, which floats on water.

SOLUTION: The laminated nonwoven fabrics include: a top layer formed of a nonwoven fabric containing hydrophilic fibers; a back layer formed of a nonwoven fabric containing hydrophobic fibers; and an adhesive layer intervening between the top layer and the back layer. A ratio of a weight per unit area of the top layer to a total sum of a weight per unit area of the back layer and a basis weight is adjusted between a range of 55/45 to 40/60. The laminated nonwoven fabrics may have a water-absorbing property of ≥200% and a surface water-absorbing speed of ≤10 s. The laminated nonwoven fabrics have the basis weight of 60 to 100 g/m2and a thickness of 0.40 to 0.65 mm, and may have an apparent density of 0.1 to 0.2 g/m3. The laminated nonwoven fabrics can be employed for a wiper used for cleaning of a tub or tank filled with water.
