The present invention relates to an automatic guide system and a control method thereof and a guide information management server included in the same and a control method thereof. The control method of the automatic guide system including a network address router for converting an internal network address to an external network address in a request signal of at least one internal network device to which the internal network address is assigned and transmitting the converted signal to an external network, includes the steps of: a manager terminal of the internal network transmitting a location information registration request signal including manager authentication information through the network address router to the guide information management server of the external network; the guide information management server matching the external network address included in the location information registration request signal as the location information with the prestored guide information corresponding to the manager authentication information according to the location information registration request signal and registering the matched information; a client communication terminal of the internal network transmitting a guide information request signal through the network address router to the guide information management server; and the guide information management server extracting the external network address included in the guide information request signal of the client communication terminal, extracting the guide information matched with the extracted external network and address, and transmitting the extracted guide information to the client communication terminal. |
