<p>Provided is a back-contact solar cell having improved conversion efficiency. A solar cell (1) is provided with a solar cell substrate (10), a p-side electrode (12), and an n-side electrode (11). The solar cell substrate (10) has the main surface (10a) having the p-type surface and the n-type surface exposed therefrom. The p-side electrode (12) includes a first linear portion (12a). The first linear portion (12a) is formed on the p-type surface. The first linear portion (12a) linearly extends in the first direction (y). The n-side electrode (11) includes a second linear portion (11a). The second linear portion (11a) is formed to linearly extend in the first direction (y) on the n-type surface. The second linear portion (11a) is adjacent to the first linear portion (12a) in the second direction (x), which is perpendicular to the first direction (y). The corner portion of at least one of the leading ends (12a1, 11a1) of the first and the second linear portions (12a, 11a) is chamfered.</p> |
