<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent protective sheet that does not fall off transparency by heat treatment and a solar cell module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent protective sheet 10 includes: a supporting base material sheet 11; and a heat fusion property resin layer 12 which is laminated at least on one surface 11a of the supporting base material sheet 11.
