<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive services, saving the user's time and labor for login operation. <P>SOLUTION: A personal terminal issuing device 10 issues a personal terminal 11 to a user who visited a bank 2. The terminal 11 stores a content reproduction control table 50 (Figure 5) which is a list of contents to be displayed on the terminal 11, and a content storage part 15 of a personal terminal management server 8 stores the contents. The contents include a content related to his/her purpose of visiting the bank 2 (transaction). While the visitor is waiting for a call from a bank counter, the contents are read out from the content storage part 15 according to a reproducing order set in the content reproduction control table 50, and transmitted from a communication part 16 to the personal terminal 11 so that the terminal 11 receives and displays the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
