<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference current generation circuit capable of connecting a load circuit regardless of a direction of a current and being easily handled as a black box circuit, and an information processor including it. <P>SOLUTION: The reference current generation circuit includes: a bias voltage generation part for generating first and second bias voltages to be supplied respectively to control terminals of a first transistor and a second transistor that output a reference current based on a reference voltage; a first current output transistor of a first conductivity type and a second current output transistor of a second conductivity type, for outputting a current based on the reference current when the first bias voltage and the second bias voltage are applied to the control terminals; an input/output part whose one end is connected between the first current output transistor and the second current output transistor and other end is connected to a load circuit, for making the current flow into the load circuit or pulling in the current from the load circuit; and a switch part for switching the on/off of the first current output transistor and the second current output transistor on the basis of a voltage value of the input/output part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
