<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a cutting apparatus and a cutting method which are used suitably for cutting a wing plate of a windmill and which take the environment and labor safety into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting apparatus and cutting method bring a cutting blade of a rotary cutter device disposed on a self-propelled machine close to a cut position of a long object to be cut like the wing plate of a large-sized windmill, jet water used to prevent the scatter of dust from a jet opening disposed near the rotary cutting blade, temporarily collect muddy dust by a water tank disposed under the cut position when the object is cut, send the muddy dust and the collected water to a filtering device from the water tank, and then supply the filtered clean water again to the jet opening via a pipeline and jet the supplied water again toward the cutting blade and the cut position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
