The device (4) has a valve housing (7) provided with a passage hole (6), and a valve body (8) adjustably supported at the valve housing. The passage hole is closed and/or unblocked by the valve body. The valve body is formed as a rectangular bolt (10) that is displaceably arranged at the valve housing and stuck toward the passage hole. The bolt is automatically fixed in a position to unblock the passage hole, and in another position to close the passage hole. A sealing-and clamping element (16) is arranged as an O-ring in a guiding body (9) at two sides of the hole.
