<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the waiting time for switching multiple images which were photographed through continuously changing a photographing distance and display quickly target images with high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 101 acquires information on focusing areas of multiple images photographed through continuously changing a photographing distance and determines, based on the focusing area information, whether a target subject in each of the multiple images is focused. Then, the CPU 101 decodes the image data with high resolution corresponding to an image about which it has determined that the target subject is focused and displays the decoded image data with high resolution, while it displays the decoded image data with low resolution corresponding to an image about which it has determined that the target subject is not focused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
