<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation control data editing device and editing method for preventing a problem which hinders production such as stop of the production and occurrence of defective products by determining whether it is proper to edit or transmit installation control data of each component installation device. <P>SOLUTION: The installation control data editing device comprises: data storage means 42 for storing installation control data D created and edited; version storage means 48 which, when data transmission means 46 transmits the installation control data to a controller 14, stores the created and edited version, at the time of the transmission, of installation control data; version determination means 50 which, when the installation control data of the version stored in the data storage means is to be edited with a program which can be edited during production, determines whether the version of the installation control data to be edited is equal to that of the transmitted installation control data; and editing execution prohibition means 49 which, when the versions are not equal, prohibits editing of the installation control data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
