PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a configuration to prevent unauthorized use of content associated with a leak of an encryption key for the content.

SOLUTION: Based on basic encrypted content having a plurality of units each of which is composed of a seed which is data for encryption key generation and a block which is data encrypted with an encryption key generated using the seed, the information processor generates the following data: (a) encrypted and converted content having undergone a conversion process in which the seed is replaced by dummy data or deleted; (b) an encrypted seed which is generated by encrypting the seed with a different individual key that depends on a content distribution process or a destination user, and then provides the data to a client. The individual key information is managed being associated with content destination information.
