<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize large torque by a coreless electromechanical device. <P>SOLUTION: The coreless electromechanical device with relatively movable first and second members includes: a permanent magnet 200 disposed on the first member; air-core electromagnetic coils 100A and 100B disposed on the second member so as to face the permanent magnet; and a coil back yoke 115 disposed on the second member at a position on the opposite side of the first member holding the electromagnetic coils therebetween. The coil back yoke is a compact including soft magnetic material powder and an insulating binder for binding the magnetic body powder, and is formed such that the amount of the magnetic body powder is relatively large in a first area 115f where the coil wiring of the electromagnetic coils is projected when the electromagnetic coils are projected to the coil back yoke and the amount of the magnetic body powder is relatively small in a second area 115g where the coil wiring of the electromagnetic coils is not projected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
