<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel LED driver controller for an LED driver circuit capable of executing a power factor correction when a current of an LED module is adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: A novel LED driver controller has: an auto-gain controller that detects an amplitude of an input voltage signal, and outputs a normalized signal generated by dividing the input voltage signal by the amplitude; a comparator that performs voltage comparison on the normalized signal and a current sensing signal; and a driving circuit that supplies a gating signal.
