TIRE VULCANIZATION METHOD AND VULCANIZATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization method capable of properly supplementing insufficient capability of a small boiler in constructing a distributed vulcanization system.

SOLUTION: The tire vulcanization method includes a step of increasing the temperature of a green tire W by supplying saturated steam generated by a boiler to an internal space of the green tire in a temperature rising process and a step of heating the saturated steam to turn it superheated steam having a temperature of a vulcanization target temperature or more when the temperature of the green tire W reaches a heating start temperature T1 and supplying the superheated steam to the internal space. In a pressurization process, a vulcanization medium comprising the superheated steam and a pressurization medium is supplied to the internal space to apply a temperature and a pressure required for the vulcanization.
