<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill recycling device that forcibly pays residence bills without pausing to run or maintaining the device when it has become clear that a feed roller idles in payment operation as well. <P>SOLUTION: In the bill recycling device which includes a feed roller 51 which pays bills by being held in press contact with an upper surface of the bill on a backup plate 3 for rotation and holds the backup plate at a payment position in payment to drive the feed roller for payment, in an un-feedable state, a height level of the backup plate is switched to one where a segregation pressure is the maximum, and besides the device carries out the feed control continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
