[Problem] To provide a piezoelectric actuator capable of suppressing the separation of a joining part due to tensile stress. [Solution] The piezoelectric actuator of the present invention is characterized by being provided with a piezoelectric element; a substrate (7) the upper surface of which is in contact with the lower end of the piezoelectric element; and a case (3) which has an inner surface that is in contact with the upper end of the piezoelectric element and which accommodates the piezoelectric element, wherein the case (3) has a flange (33) that is joined to the substrate (7) and there are at least two bent portions (41) at an inner surface formed from the lower surface of the flange (33) of the case (3) to the upper surface of the substrate (7), such inner surface being more to the accommodation space side than the joining part of the case (3) and the substrate (7). |
