The motor has a reduction gear (13) including a spur gear (59) that is rotatably mounted on an eccentric cam portion of a drive shaft about an eccentric cam axis (B) that is parallel to a central axis (A). The spur gear has two gearing portions (61, 63) that are combined with ring gears (67, 69). One of the ring gears is coaxially arranged at the central axis and rotationally fixed relative to a housing unit (15). The other ring gear is rotatably arranged around the central axis. An output element (17) i.e. linking pin, is connected with the latter ring gear in a torque-proof manner. The housing unit is formed by a cup shaped formation of two housing portions.
