<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform position standardization by preventing a reception signal strength of a position standardization signal from being reduced by presence of a standing wave. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 200 for performing position standardization includes: a position standardization section 263 in which a plurality of antennas 2151 each for receiving a position standardization signal are adjacently and planarly disposed while turning orientation directions toward the same direction, and which performs position standardization on a device 300 to be standardized on the basis of a phase difference of position standardization signals received by the antennas 2151, respectively; an antenna position control mechanism 217 for simultaneously moving the plurality of antennas 2151 along the orientation directions; and an RSSI circuit 216 for acquiring a reception signal strength of the position standardization signal. Prior to position standardization, the base station 200 moves the plurality of antennas 2151 along the orientation directions while acquiring the reception signal strength of the position standardization signal.
