<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide precursor using an alicyclic diamine, which is produced by a production method suitable for actual industrial production and good in handleability and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The polyimide precursor comprises unit structures represented by general formula (1), wherein R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a 1C-4C alkyl group; and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a 3C-9C alkylsilyl group, wherein at least one of R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is a 3C-9C alkylsilyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
