CUTTING MACHINE AND CUTTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine and a cutting method capable of highly accurately cutting a pilot drift or an existing structure.

SOLUTION: A cutting machine 1 includes: a machine body 10; a plurality of grippers 21 provided on the machine body 10; a guide frame 30 provided on the machine body 10; and cutting means 40 provided on the guide frame 30. The plurality of grippers 21 are pressed to a pilot drift Tsso as to disable the movement in all directions of the machine body 10, and the cutting means 40 has a drum 41 with a plurality of cutter bits 42 disposed on the outer peripheral surface and is provided movably along the guide frame 30. The cutting machine 1 is utilized in the cutting method.
