<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resisting wall which can be economically constructed. <P>SOLUTION: An earthquake-resisting fall 1 includes: a grating 10 forming a plurality of openings 11; buckling stiffeners 20 disposed at the openings 11; and a rectangular frame material 30 surrounding the outer periphery of the grating 10.
