<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for molding a tile capable of molding various three-dimensional design surfaces having large level difference without forming pressurization adjustment depressions on each back surface, and easily changing design. <P>SOLUTION: The method for molding a tile used for molding a tile molding of a projecting shape including a base part and a projecting part includes processes of: supplying a green body for a base part from a first charger to a filling space surrounded by an upper surface of a lower die and an inner surface of a frame die; putting, from a second charger, a green body for a projecting part in a region for forming the projecting part therein of the upper surface of the green body for a base part filled in the filling space; lowering the lower die; and pressurizing and molding the green body for a base part and the green body for a projecting part by the undersurface of the upper die and the upper surface of the lower die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
