<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a liquid amount and a particle size in a nozzle for pulsatorily spraying a trace of a viscous liquid in a moment. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft hole which fits therein, a valve element comprising the operating rod of a solenoid valve freely forward or backward along the central axis of a housing is provided, and a clearance between the inner peripheral face of the shaft hole and the outer peripheral face of the valve element is made to be an annular liquid flow path. A valve seat is provided on the inner peripheral face of a spray side of the shaft hole, a minor-diameter liquid flow path is provided at the top side from the valve seat, and the flow of the liquid into the minor-diameter flow path is blocked at the valve-closing position of the valve element. A mixing chamber in which a pressure air flow is provided at the top of the minor-diameter liquid flow path, and a nozzle hole is provided at the top center of the mixing chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
