<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of the heating efficiency of foam. <P>SOLUTION: A foam coating apparatus includes: a foam supply means 20B for making a treatment liquid 34 stored in a treatment liquid tank 20A into foam 32 to supply to an application roller 20C; a recovery means 70 for recovering the surplus foam 32A other than the foam 32 applied to paper 12 by the application roller 20C; a second storage chamber 72 for storing the recovered surplus foam 32A; a heater 74 for heating the second storage chamber 72 to return the surplus foam 32A to the treatment liquid; a cleaning liquid supply channel 75 for supplying a cleaning liquid in the second storage chamber 72 to store; and a restoration flow passage 76 for flowing the treatment liquid returned to liquid and the cleaning liquid to the treatment liquid tank 20A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
