<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a container with a comb of a comb body having a long row of comb teeth. <P>SOLUTION: A cap is composed of a cap cylinder 30 and the comb body 40 which is a separate member. The comb body 40 is attached to an attachment base 32 installed on the upper part of the cap cylinder 30. In the comb piece 42 erected on the comb body 40, communication holes 42a are formed from the base to the tooth tip in the middle portion inside, and a solution is ejected from an ejection 42b. In a molding step, the communication holes 42a are formed by inserting pins from the inside of the comb teeth base 41 toward the tooth tips, and for the purpose of forming the comb body 40 only, the width of the attachment base 32 (comb teeth base 41) is made larger without being restricted by the narrowest part D of the cap cylinder 30, so that the row of comb teeth can be made longer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
