<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor which has been stabilized, and is expressed by the general formula: (La<SB POS="POST">1-x-y</SB>,Ln<SB POS="POST">x</SB>,Y<SB POS="POST">y</SB>)<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>S, and a solar cell sealing agent which can be used for the long-term using including the phosphor, and to provide a solar cell module using the sealing agent. <P>SOLUTION: The phosphor has a composition expressed by general formula: (La<SB POS="POST">1-x-y</SB>,Ln<SB POS="POST">x</SB>,Y<SB POS="POST">y</SB>)<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>S (wherein x and y each denote the number which satisfies 0.02≤x≤0.30 and 0≤y<0.5, and Ln denotes at least one sort of a trivalent rare earth element chosen from the group consisting of Eu, Sm, Tb and Ce), and is characterized in that the ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) of the underwater suspension solution is a noble (+) potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
