Granular photographic fixative or bleach fixative

Granular photographic fixative or bleach-fixative contains a thiosulphate (I) and a disulphite (II) in the same granules. The bleach-fixative also contains a FeIII complex (salt) (III). The granulate has an average particle dia. of min. 150, pref. 150-3000 microns. It contains 35-85 (wt.)%, 5-15% (II) and 30-50% (III). The granules are produced by milling (I) with (II) and opt. other additives until the max. of the particle dia. distribution curve is under 10 microns, followed by powder agglomeration, vacuum drying opt. incorporating the bleach and sealing in a water vapour-tight package.
