The machine comprises: - a perforated revolving drum 16, open at its ends, and combined with a driving geared reduction motor unit; - a device 17 for taking up and entraining the strip or web with synchronous advancement at a linear speed equal to the circumferential speed of the drum; - a tray 35 for retaining the treatment product extending under the drum; - and a treatment station 18 consisting of at least one stationary boom 40 extending inside the drum.
