A cutting device with the function of changing diameter in a small range for a soft rock shield machine is composed of a cutter disk (40), cutters mounted on the cutter disk, a telescoping mechanism for an edge scraper, a hydraulic control device and a wear-limit detection device. Each side of the end of at least one slag notch (7) in the cutter disk is provided with one edge scraper (1) respectively, and the two edge scrapers are symmetrical about the radial central line of the slag notch. The edge scrapers are connected with the telescoping mechanism mounted in the slag notch of the cutter disk. The telescoping mechanism is driven by the driving cylinder (6) in the hydraulic control device, and a displacement sensor is arranged in the driving cylinder. A wear-limit detection head (17) of the wear-limit detection device is arranged on a sleeve (18) extending out along a radial direction of the cutter disk. The device allows a user to adjust the cutting diameter of the cutting device in a certain range, thus increasing work efficiency, and guarantying the project quality and operator safety. |
