<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article, a disposable diaper and the like, which are configured so that an adhesive tape of an absorbent pad can be peeled without breakage of an inside sheet material in replacement of the absorbent pad. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 includes: the inside sheet material 5 having a liquid-permeable top portion 11 provided at the lateral center; a liquid-impermeable outside sheet material disposed on the outer surface side of the inside sheet material 5; and an absorbent core 7 including an absorbent material for absorbing moisture, the absorbent core being disposed between the inside sheet material 5 and the outside sheet material.
