PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of efficiently eliminating luminance unevenness in a back-light achieving the reduction of cost by decreasing the number of used elements through increasing the distance between LEDs or in a back-light achieving thinning by decreasing the distance between a first optical sheet and a reflection film.

SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using an optical sheet in which a plurality of lenses each of which has such a recess portion that a part including the vertex of a circular cone or a polygonal pyramid is recessed are arranged at least on one surface.
