<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, having high lithium ion conductivity and excellent in moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The sulfide-based solid electrolyte contains lithium (Li) element, phosphorus (P) element, and sulfur (S) element. When the total sum of respective areas of spectra whose peak tops obtained by waveform separation of peaks within 330 to 450 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>in the average of Raman spectrum obtained by measuring repeatedly are at 406±4 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, 418±4 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, and 382±4 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is 100, peak area ratio at 382±4 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is 12 or over and 50 or less. The sulfide-based solid electrolyte has peaks ascribed to crystal at positions of 90.9±0.4 ppm and 86.5±0.4 ppm in the solid-state<SP POS="POST">31</SP>P NMR spectrum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
