<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management device that enables suppression of preamble interference between cells while securing a predetermined resource. <P>SOLUTION: An FGW 500 is a network management device that manages a plurality of base station devices, each of which performs communication with a communication terminal device by an SC-FDMA system, and includes: a parameter determining unit 530 for determining a parameter concerning an uplink preamble for at least one of the plurality of base station devices; and a parameter informing unit 540 for informing each base station device, for which the parameter has been determined, of the determined parameter, wherein the parameter determining unit 530 determines the parameter so that there occurs no preamble transmission series overlapping between at least two of the plurality of base station devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
