<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope-like medium insertion case capable of facilitating the insertion of planar advertising media and causing neither slack nor strain on a surface member. <P>SOLUTION: A case for inserting sheet-like advertising media is formed from: a rectangular sheet 6 having unevenness on the surface; a plate-like spacer 5 superposed on three peripheral edges 4a, 4b and 4c thereof and having a U-shaped plane; a transparent resin plate 4 superposed on the upper face of the plate-like spacer and having a stable planar shape; and an adhesive part 8 integrally sticking the three peripheral edges of the rectangular sheet, the three peripheral ends of the plate-like spacer, and the three-peripheral ends of the transparent resin plate.
