<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the image quality degradation of a background image. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid jetting apparatus includes a main image nozzle group which has a predetermined number of nozzles for jetting a fluid for forming a main image, and a background image nozzle group which has nozzles in a number greater than the predetermined number, for jetting a fluid for forming a background image of the main image, and has a first nozzle group located on one side in a predetermined direction and a second nozzle group located on the other side. The fluid jetting apparatus forms dots by jetting the fluid from the main image nozzle group to pixels belonging to a first region on which the main image is formed on a medium, and forms dots by jetting the fluid from the first nozzle group and dots by jetting the fluid from the second nozzle group to a second region on which an image is formed using the fluid for forming the background image on the medium but the main image is not formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
